Job summary

Chewy is seeking an experienced delivery/program manager to oversee multi-account project deliveries with focus on Salesforce/SFDC implementations. The role requires a techno-manager profile and strong coordination across COE, TA/HR, and client teams.

You will drive innovation, manage offshore/onshore staffing, review bids, and develop statements of work to ensure delivery excellence for US/Canada/Mexico engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with COE (Center of Excellence) team for Estimation and Innovation.
• Collaborate and identify right resources for innovation hub.
• Collaborate with TA and HR to identify the right set of candidates that could fit into JADE culture.
• Participate in project specific reviews with clients.
• Ensure adequate offshore staffing for projects.
• Conduct internal reviews of projects.
• Ensure onshore collaboration leaders are in sync.
• Work with account team for mining and delivery.
• Serve as a customer escalation point for all DU projects.
• Responsible for US/CANADA/MEXICO based employee satisfaction.
• Work closely with recruitment team to onboard talent.
• Drive innovation within team.
• Be up to speed on trends and encourage team to improve competency.
• Review estimates for bids.
• Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw, and present conclusions.
• Ability to think on alternate proposals, define/understand client expectations.
• Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop and manage BU cost estimation tools.
• Validate that closed contracts & change requests are fully processed.
