Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years IT delivery experience in large programs.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Ability to manage senior customer stakeholders and governance.
• Strong Salesforce delivery knowledge across LWC, Apex, Integrations, DevOps, security.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint governance, risk management.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development or automation is a plus.

Job Description

Looking for a seasoned delivery leader who can manage large-scale Salesforce delivery, drive customer confidence, strengthen engineering governance, improve quality, and lead distributed onsite-offshore teams.

• 5-10+ years of IT delivery experience, preferably in Telecom / Salesforce / CRM transformation programs
• Strong experience in managing large enterprise programs with onsite-offshore delivery model
• Ability to manage senior customer stakeholders, escalations, governance reviews and delivery commitments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery across LWC, Apex, Integrations, DevOps, Security and release management
• Ability to drive technical governance, design reviews, code quality, PR discipline, CI/CD adoption and defect prevention.
• Experience in Agile delivery, sprint governance, release planning, risk management and KPI/SLA tracking
• Ability to improve delivery predictability, productivity, engineering maturity and customer confidence
• Exposure to Agentforce / AI-assisted development, automation and productivity improvement initiatives will be an added advantage
• Telecom / Consumer domain experience will be highly preferred
