Job summary

iMentor is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own data correctness, protection, and integrations across a large org. You will ensure data integrity, manage access controls, and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows with various systems, including FormAssembly, Campaign Monitor, Eventbrite, and DocuSign.

You’ll report to the Director of IT and collaborate with Recruitment, Screening, Program, and Development teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience in a large org.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems; read logs for root cause.
• Experience with data import, export, and deduplication at scale.
• Experience administering users, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience supporting users through a ticketing system.
• Able to explain a technical constraint and its trade‑offs in writing.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily technical work, with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity across a large org with extensive custom configuration.
• Build and maintain reconciliation checks between Salesforce and its source systems, so drift surfaces automatically.
• Deduplicate contact and household records; manage imports and extracts.
• Own the data‑quality standard for what “correct” means, and be able to evidence it.
• Administer users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Triage and resolve requests through our ticket queue, keeping non‑technical colleagues clearly informed in writing.
• Stand up reconciliation checks between Salesforce and at least two source systems in the first 90 days.
