Job summary

Danta Technologies seeks a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design, implement, and maintain data cloud architecture and customer data models. You will build data ingestion pipelines from CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party sources and configure Data Streams, DMOs, DLOs, and Identity Resolution rules for unified customer profiles.

The role requires 2+ years with a BS in CS or related field and Azure or other cloud experience; hybrid work with one day in office in Alpharetta,

Qualifications

• BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with developing, configuring, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or any other cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data sources.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
• Implement unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
• Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
• Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms.
• Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.
