Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud engineer to design and implement data cloud solutions, data models, and integration pipelines. You will configure streams, DLOs/DMOs, and identity resolution while collaborating with Salesforce teams to meet business requirements.

You will leverage MuleSoft, Salesforce APIs, SQL, and data transformation to ensure data quality, privacy, and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

4-6 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.
Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft/integration tools, SQL, and data transformation.
REST/SOAP APIs proficiency and data privacy/compliance awareness.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data models.
Configure Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and Identity Resolution.
Manage data pipelines using APIs, ETL tools, or MuleSoft to connect external data sources.
Develop and manage data ingestion and integration using APIs, MuleSoft, and other ETL tools.
Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Data Actions.
Translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and performance issues.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.
