Job summary

Astir IT Solutions, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Tech Consultant (W-2). You will architect and deliver complex CPQ solutions, integrating Advanced Approvals, pricing rules, and product configurations.

Required hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components. You will work with distributed teams across US business hours to ensure accurate quoting, contract management, and seamless quote-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Salesforce development or technical consulting experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick/SBQQ) experience.
• Hands-on Apex development: classes, triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on Flows and Lightning Web Components - you build them, not just specify them.
• Strong SOQL skills for data investigation and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ pricing calculations, product configuration, price rules, and QCP.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals.
• Experience with CPQ contracting, amendments, renewals, subscriptions, and order generation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex pricing, quote calculation, subscription, and renewal issues.
• Understanding of Salesforce Billing and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong data analysis, debugging, root-cause investigation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce production environments.
• Ability to independently design and implement solutions, not just document requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with business stakeholders and geographically distributed technical teams.
• Ability to work during US business hours and take accountability for technical delivery.
