Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Developer to design and customize CPQ solutions for our international client base. You will work remotely with teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US, translating business requirements into scalable configurations, automations, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and REST APIs.

The role emphasizes secure, well-documented development following governance standards, with a focus on CPQ configuration, object modeling, workflows, and approval

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases that fuel the business and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the OC team to translate requirements into pragmatic and resilient solutions, considering upstream and downstream process impacts.
• Provide ongoing support to IT and business stakeholders by evolving and maintaining application functionality and business processes, including training.
• Work with the Project Manager and Product Manager to create realistic project schedules.
• Champion development, maintenance, and system standards to build high-quality solutions that enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with team members across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce CPQ development and configuration experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes.
• Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and RESTful API.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of information security governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CD, observability, and SALESFORCE CPQ SPECIALIST.
• Understanding of best practices in coding standards, deployment, and governance.
• Familiarity with the life cycle of development including Salesforce CI/CD.
