We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Commercial Applications team and play a key role in optimizing our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) process. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture, including complex product configurations, advanced approvals, and downstream workflows tied to orders, contracts, and amendments while translating this knowledge to business stakeholders and internal IT team.
This role requires both technical acumen and the soft skills of a natural problem-solver—someone who is a fearless problem solver, thrives in ambiguity, and is driven to uncover root causes and deliver scalable solutions. Experience across multiple CPQ orgs or in a consulting capacity is a must.
Location: This role does require you to be based within commutable distance to one of our main R&D US Based Hubs (Scottsdale, AZ OR Boston, MA, OR Seattle, WA, OR Atlanta, GA); flexibility to be remote

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 92,625 in the lowest geographic market and USD 148,200 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
