Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging, and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership, drive real change, and grow continuously while working for a mission that matters at a company that values you.

Your Impact

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Commercial Applications team. You will play a key role in optimizing our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) process, leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture—including complex product configurations, advanced approvals, and downstream workflows tied to orders, contracts, and amendments. You will translate this knowledge to business stakeholders and internal IT teams.

What You'll Do
  • Location: This role requires you to be based within a commutable distance to one of our main R&D US hubs (Scottsdale, AZ; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; San Francisco, CA), with flexibility for remote work.
  • Reports to: Manager, Salesforce Administration
  • Responsibilities:
    • Configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce CPQ functionality, including Product Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Product Rules, Price Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
    • Own and optimize key Opportunity-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless transitions across opportunity, quote, order, contract, and billing stages.
    • Investigate and resolve issues in quote generation, configuration, or QCP logic.
    • Ensure CPQ setup aligns with downstream workflows related to Order creation, Subscription management, and Amendments.
    • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
    • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and support training efforts for user adoption.
    • Identify process bottlenecks or system limitations and propose enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
  • What You Bring:
    • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration experience, including deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture, Advanced Approvals, Product & Price Rules, and configuration of products and bundles.
    • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certifications, along with relevant Trailhead modules.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Billing, Apex, Flows, QCP, and automation tools.
    • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action.
    • Understanding of agile development methodologies and release management best practices.
  • Benefits:
    • Competitive salary and 401(k) with employer match
    • Discretionary paid time off
    • Paid parental leave
    • Medical, Dental, Vision plans
    • Fitness programs
    • Emotional and mental wellness support
    • Learning and development programs
    • Snacks in offices

Note: Benefits may vary depending on employment type and location.
