Your Impact

We seek a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Commercial Applications team. You will optimize our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) process, leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture, including complex product configurations, approvals, and downstream workflows tied to orders, contracts, and amendments. You will translate this knowledge to business stakeholders and internal IT teams.

This role requires both technical skills and soft skills such as problem-solving, thriving in ambiguity, and root cause analysis. Experience across multiple CPQ orgs or consulting is required.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ: Configure and improve functionalities like Product Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Product Rules, Price Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
• Own and optimize Opportunity-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless transitions across stages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quote generation, configuration, or QCP logic.
• Support Quote-to-Contract workflows, aligning CPQ setup with downstream processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and support training for user adoption.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose scalable enhancements.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ administration experience, including complex architecture understanding.
• Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications, plus relevant Trailhead modules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Billing, Apex, Flows, QCP, and automation tools.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and release management.
