AMEND Consulting, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support Sales Cloud deployments and client-facing projects. You will automate processes, build dashboards, train clients, and help define implementation standards across projects.

Ideal candidates possess Salesforce Admin Certification and a solid understanding of SOQL, Apex, and LWC, with a track record in data management and working with Agile Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Sales Cloud (CRM) and, optionally, Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to triage code such as SOQL, Apex, and LWC/JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of reporting/dashboards in Lightning experience.
• Experience with data management in Salesforce and working in Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Implement and customize Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud and integrations.
• Perform admin tasks: user maintenance, page layouts, reports, dashboards, fields.
• Gather requirements, prioritize changes, and implement them in Salesforce.
• Automate processes using Flow, approvals, and validation rules.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs to developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
