Huntington Bancshares, operating the Salesforce Center of Excellence, seeks a Salesforce Platform Architect to lead technical design across Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Services Clouds, and MuleSoft. The role is remote.

You will mentor delivery staff and drive architectural governance, while evaluating Salesforce capabilities and third-party offerings to align with business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Role Overview

The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Salesforce.com Platform Architect to lead technical design across Sales & Service, Marketing, Financial Services Clouds, and MuleSoft. The role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with Architecture/Design for implementation of solutions by conceptualizing the technical vision and direction.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the platform architectural target state and direction.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications, including at least 5 years of Salesforce.com full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products and strong data modeling experience.
• Proven record of successful project architecture of large enterprise Salesforce implementations involving multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales/Service, Financial Services, Marketing, MuleSoft.
• Experienced strategic thinker with a big‑picture vision.
• Comfortable with handling governance conversations at both executive and design levels to ensure the platform meets business requirements and can sustain growth and scalability without compromise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer (1 & 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect.
• Salesforce SHIELD implementation experience highly preferred.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets or enterprise equivalents.
• Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience highly preferred.
• Experience with large data integration and data migration activities as part of project scope.
• Experience working with ETL tools.
