Job summary

Legrand AV Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Minnesota. You will design, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based business solutions while bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into Salesforce designs, configuring and integrating solutions, and creating comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator or equivalent).
• Experience with Salesforce data management including data migration, quality, and cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical designs within Salesforce.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Design and implement custom solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and system usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business strategies.
• Perform quality assurance testing to validate solutions meet requirements.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Define processes, SOPs, and prepare technical documentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and flow automations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, data quality, and data cleansing.
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
• Minimum Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce implementation and administration.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.

General office environment. May require regular ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area. Long-distance or air travel as needed - approximately 5% travel.
