Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Tysons, VA. You will join the Global Business Applications group to shape Salesforce solutions supporting our GTM organization.

The role blends hands-on Salesforce work with sharp business insight to drive end-to-end initiatives, including design, deployment, adoption, and post-launch support. Work with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to configure scalable processes, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity across our Salesforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise Salesforce GTM initiatives.
• Experience designing Salesforce-based solutions, especially Sales Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience including CPQ, Agentforce, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce GTM initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Configure Salesforce features, reports, workflows, and automation (Agentforce, Flow).
• Own project lifecycle including scoping, testing, deployment, and postlaunch support.
• Troubleshoot CRM applications and resolve issues within SLAs for global teams.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools while ensuring data integrity.

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Global Business Applications group, shaping the systems that support Cellebrites Go To Market (GTM) organization.

This role combines handson Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen. You will lead endtoend Salesforce initiatives, from requirements discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, and postlaunch support, within a modern and complex Salesforce ecosystem including Agentforce and Salesforce CPQ.

Working closely with crossfunctional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and GTM, you will design, configure, and integrate scalable solutions that streamline workflows for both internal users and customerfacing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend Salesforce GTM solutions, translating complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs
• Configure and optimise Salesforce features, workflows, reports, and automation, leveraging tools such as Agentforce and Salesforce Flow
• Own the full project lifecycle, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, testing, deployment, and postlaunch support
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution within defined SLAs for CRM applications across local and global teams
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate thirdparty tools with Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions support organisational objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst with experience supporting enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations for GTM teams
• Proven experience designing and building Salesforce‑based solutions, particularly within Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices
• Hands‑on experience administering Salesforce, and related Salesforce tools (for example CPQ, Agentforce, integrations) in a business‑critical environment.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional environments
• Experience producing clear business and technical documentation, including designs, test plans, and requirement specifications
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand and address business needs
• Candidates must be US Citizen and reside near the Tysons Corner VA office. This is a Hybrid position.
