Experis is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client’s Business Solutions team in Fort Mill, SC. You will coordinate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions while documenting processes and data flows.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, and a proactive mindset to deliver high-quality CRM projects

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.


• Create configurable solutions that include workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.


• Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.


• Work with the design team to ensure that key business operations are effectively addressed.


• Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy and ethos.

What's Needed?

• Excellent knowledge and proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.


• Knowledge of development tools and processes to aid in use case formulation and project requirement design.


• Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem features, including declarative automation.
