Role: Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with Pardot Experience

Experience: 6-8 years of Salesforce experience, with Salesforce Active Certification preferred. Past experience working on Sales and Service Cloud. Pardot experience is mandatory.

Role Description: Support capabilities and features targeted for development under the guidance of a senior Customer Success Console product manager. Assist in creating Salesforce platform capabilities to support customer adoption journeys. Gather requirements for marketing applications, document them, and collaborate with development, SIT, UAT, and deployment teams for implementation. Perform admin activities like user configuration, data loads, and validation.

Act as an analyst within an agile team, working closely with Customer Success experts and end-users to document system features and user stories using tools like Aha! and Rally. Manage and track system features and stories, collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, and drive engagement with end-users by capturing feedback. Support technical projects and console capabilities within an agile release cycle, assist with analysis projects, create test scripts, and conduct BAT testing.

This role is based in the USA, remote work available. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
