KBTS Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce BA Configurator & Functional Lead for a 12+ month engagement. The position is 100% remote, with initial coordination in a Carson City, NV context as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold Salesforce Platform App Builder or Admin certs, have 2+ years of SF experience across the full SDLC, and be adept at requirements gathering, process flow design, test scripts, scalable configuration, and agile delivery using Jira.

Rate: $doe

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator or any other similar certification(s) is a must
• 2+ years of recent Salesforce experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle. Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or AppExchange solutions
• Analytical techniques - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and defining test scripts
• System configuration - Ability to design and configure a scalable Salesforce solution to meet business needs and determine when custom development is necessary
• Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understanding of core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Agile tools such as Jira
