Job Description:

An automation engineer for Salesforce is responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enable program capabilities such as case management, eligibility, and citizen engagement. Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, a Salesforce developer turns architecture blueprints into functional, high‑performing, and secure applications that meet agency needs.

Qualifications:

• More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects with at least 2 years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer.
• More than 7 years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM/Case Management).
• More than 3 years configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC.
• At least 6 months experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft or similar).
• 1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model.
• 6 months experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• 6 months experience configuring case management for public sector.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer credential.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually (base pay range). Additional benefits may be discussed.
