Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to work across four domains: Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech & UI Innovation, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.

You will lead with the customer business and technical problems, fluent across Salesforce and its alternatives, and stay engaged through delivery so the work lands. Responsibilities include architecture for agent platforms, data semantics, APIs, and AI governance, collaborating with pre- and post-sale teams,

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with direct experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and learn new skills.
Deep expertise in at least one focus area listed, with credible depth.
Fluency across Salesforce or a major adjacent technology.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust domains.
Collaborate across pre- and post-sale teams to map business problems to capabilities.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers with conflicting recommendations or past rollouts.
Ensure delivery through to implementation, not just recommendations.
