Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services processes and hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC architecture, automation, and integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Design high-level and low-level architecture (HLD/LLD) for scalable and secure Salesforce implementations.
• Leverage Salesforce tools such as OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), Flow automation, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and optimize the Salesforce FSC data model to support business processes like customer onboarding, KYC, client 360, opportunity management, and case management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 4+ years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and workflows.
• Expertise in Salesforce FSC data model, OmniStudio, Flow automation, Lightning App Builder, and LWC.
• Salesforce FSC and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator/Platform App Builder certifications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder Certification (required).
