Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design and deployment of Salesforce solutions with emphasis on Net Zero Cloud
• Translate business sustainability and ESG requirements into well-architected technical solutions on Salesforce.
• Design data models, integrations, and automation workflows to track carbon emissions, energy usage, and supply chain sustainability.
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, performance, and reusability across all Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and sustainability to ensure cohesive, integrated solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform features and Net Zero Cloud updates, and advise on roadmap planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Participate in technical governance and review boards, ensuring all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience with Salesforce platform architecture and solution design.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, including setup, emissions tracking, and ESG reporting.
• Proven experience in leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, external APIs, ERP).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or Net Zero Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience working with sustainability teams, ESG frameworks (GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD), and environmental data sets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., energy, manufacturing, financial services).
• Knowledge of sustainability regulations and ESG compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) for Net Zero Cloud reporting.
