Job summary

Ohio Department of Medicaid in Columbus, OH is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join the Application Development Team. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines to meet ODM’s business needs.

You will lead complex initiatives on the Salesforce Platform and integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct architecture and design sessions, manage risk, and shape the strategic roadmap for future solutions.

Qualifications

Core undergraduate program in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4 years combined IT experience including architecture/design responsibilities.
2 years of technology-related work experience as specified by the agency description.
Ability to lead complex initiatives and provide architecture guidance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and standards.
Lead complex initiatives for organizational improvement frameworks (Salesforce Platform, Azure DevOps).
Lead and/or participate in architecture and technical design sessions.
Consult with stakeholders and manage risk in Salesforce implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and technical issues.
