Salesforce Solutions Architect (Remote – US)

Our client, a boutique Salesforce consulting firm known for solving complex Salesforce challenges, while working with marquis clients, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect.

NOTE: This role is for US citizens and Green Card holders, only. No 3rd party recruiters.

This role is not for the faint of heart. We’re looking for a seasoned architect who has led the cleanup of messy Salesforce orgs—especially after mergers and acquisitions or poorly designed original implementations, at scale. If you've successfully transformed Salesforce chaos into clean, scalable business platforms, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery and solution design for large, complex Salesforce environments.
• Architect scalable, secure systems from broken, fragmented, or bloated orgs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and guide technical implementation teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Salesforce architecture, consulting, or solution design.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformations, org mergers, or greenfield builds.
• Strong ability to diagnose root issues and build sustainable, business-aligned solutions.
• Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.
