Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to define system landscape and gap analysis for CRM solutions.
• Data migration and integration experience is required.
• Leadership in client-facing and delivery teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions primarily in Marketing Cloud, with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as secondary priorities.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, and intelligent automation.
• Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality across Salesforce platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architecture and designs.
• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.

• Marketing cloud is the primary skill, relevant architect level certifications required sales, service cloud experience is also required
• Basic working knowledge of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) is preferred.
• Hands on experience with Gen AI solutions and architectures required
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• working knowledge in data migration and integration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
• Strategy and roadmap building for salesforce features, functionalities and future releases

1. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions primarily in marketing cloud and secondary should be Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
2. Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
3. Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends to recommend continuous platform improvements.
4. Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
5. Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards across Salesforce platforms and integrated systems.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
7. Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
8. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
