Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Architecture Design and Implementation
• Copado
• Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements
• Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another
• Design, build and implement complex, secure, and scalable solutions
• Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku, and integration / ETL technologies
• Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies
• Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings
• Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture
• Analyze existing workflows and come up with improved design and flows
• Troubleshoot mission-critical incidents in production environment
• Advocate best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management
