Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Salesforce Architect in Plano, TX. You will lead cross-functional programs, architect Salesforce solutions, and drive delivery of critical initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce architecture design, project experience, and Service Cloud expertise, with a focus on risk management, collaboration with business and engineering teams, and timely delivery. This is an on-site professional position in Plano.

Qualifications

Hands on experience in Salesforce Architecture design.
Working project Experience in Salesforce project.
Working experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong technical acumen, program and stakeholder management, and a process optimization mindset.
Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs of inter-related projects.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design and launch new capabilities.
Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones.
Develop and execute scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs.
Influence long-term and short-term product and technical strategy.
Assess risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and balance business needs with technical considerations.
Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging incoming requests.

This role requires strong technical acumen, program and stakeholder management, and a process optimization mindset. The expectation is as a TPM you will be hands-on and driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the program, including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation. You are a technical problem solver, anticipating bottlenecks, identifying innovative solutions to resolve roadblocks, and balancing business needs against technical constraints.
Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs of inter-related projects, creating the program structure and shared alignment with the teams to deliver business and /or engineering objectives .
Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex challenges into manageable pros and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows into a unified timeline that satisfies both business objectives and customer requirements.
Develop and execute scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to deliver large-scale programs.
Influence long-term and short-term product and technical strategy.
Assess risks, develop risk mitigation plans, anticipate bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and collaborate with Product Management on potential tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical considerations.
Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging incoming requests, ensuring all tasks are appropriately categorized, assigned, and tracked to meet business objectives and timelines.
