Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for our Federal project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and customization, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture to meet federal project requirements.
• Lead the technical design, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
• Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Implement security best practices, including user roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Ensure compliance with federal guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer, or Application Architect) preferred.
• Prior experience in federal or healthcare projects, preferably with CMS.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
