Job summary

Smart IT Frame is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead discovery design engagements and own the target state architecture operating model. This role requires driving governance, stakeholder management, and alignment across business and technology in transformation programs.

You will oversee Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio initiatives, contributing to CRM transformation and enterprise architecture for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 12 years CRM Salesforce consulting experience.
• 5 years solution architecture leadership in global transformation programs.
• Enterprise architecture thinking for large-scale Service Cloud design.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture engagements across discovery, design, and governance.
• Align business to technology traceability, operating model, and downstream ecosystem assessment.
• Drive cross-work stream alignment in process, data, integration, reporting, contact centre and AI streams.
