Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end multi-cloud architecture for an enterprise transformation project. You will define integration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, establishing data governance and scalable patterns for the organization.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and core platform technologies (Apex, LWC, Flow).

Qualifications

• 12+ years as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant in enterprise multi-cloud deployments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Hands-on proficiency with Marketing Cloud and related tools (Connect, AMPscript, Journey Builder, Data Extensions).
• Strong core platform expertise: Apex, LWC, Advanced Flow Design, SOQL/SOSL, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Ability to work independently, manage milestones, and present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• On-site work in Berkeley Heights, NJ; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and document target-state architecture blueprints connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver a 360-degree customer view.
• Architect lead-to-opportunity lifecycles and data pipelines between Marketing Cloud and core Salesforce.
• Deliver architecture specifications for Service Cloud capabilities including Omni-Channel routing and Case Management.
• Advise on data ingestion streams, Identity Resolution, and real-time activation leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred).
• Define enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Event-Driven, Middleware/MuleSoft) and IAM frameworks (SSO, OAuth).
• Establish coding and automation standards (Apex, LWC, Flow), conduct reviews, ensure LDV scalability.

About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead technical solution design and cross-cloud architecture for an enterprise transformation initiative at a global beauty and consumer products organization. In this role, you will define end-to-end multi-cloud integration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, establish foundational data and governance standards, and drive scalable architecture decisions. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and document target-state architecture blueprints connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver a seamless 360-degree customer view.
• Architect lead-to-opportunity lifecycles and high-throughput data pipelines between Marketing Cloud (MC Connect, Journey Builder, Data Extensions) and Core Salesforce.
• Deliver architecture specifications for Service Cloud capabilities including Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, Service Console, and self-service integrations.
• Advise on or architect data ingestion streams, Identity Resolution rules, Data Spaces, and real-time activation scenarios leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud (preferred).
• Define robust enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Event-Driven/Pub-Sub, Middleware/MuleSoft) and identity/access management frameworks (SSO, OAuth).
• Establish coding and automation standards (Apex, LWC, Flow), conduct code/design reviews, and ensure scalability against Large Data Volume (LDV) constraints and governor limits.
• Operate autonomously, manage delivery milestones, present architecture options to executive stakeholders, and drive technical decision-making.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant with a proven track record of successful enterprise multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Deep hands-on proficiency with Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Connect, AMPscript, Journey Builder, SQL Queries, Data Extensions).
• Strong core platform expertise: Apex, LWC, Advanced Flow Design, SOQL/SOSL, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage milestones, and present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct project experience or certified knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (implementation and data modeling).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (strong plus).
