Job summary

WISETEK PROVIDERS INC is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions in Washington, DC. The role focuses on scalable architecture, platform governance, and guiding a team of developers and admins.

You will drive technical design, oversee configuration and integrations, and mentor teammates while aligning projects with business objectives and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture for enterprise CRM solutions.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong background with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
• Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration with third‑party systems
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Manage Salesforce org health, data governance, and platform security standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Salesforce roadmap planning and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce architecture, development, or administration experience
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
