Job summary

Dahl Consulting is partnering with an innovative leader in renewable energy to hire a Salesforce Applications Support Specialist. This role provides high-quality technical assistance to internal employees, supporting Salesforce and productivity tools in a remote 12-month W-2 contract.

You will handle first-level support via phone, email, chat and tickets, troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm MST; benefits available.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of application support experience with Salesforce.
Salesforce Administration experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and other productivity applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce application, productivity tools, and technology systems.
Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts or team leads while maintaining ownership and communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
Assist with the configuration, setup, and ongoing maintenance of technology applications.
Accurately document support activities, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, improved performance, and a better user experience.
Participate in an on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Stay informed on emerging technologies, application updates, and industry best practices.
Deliver a positive, professional, and customer-focused support experience for internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple support requests while effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
