Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Memphis, TN is seeking a Salesforce analytics professional to lead multi-department analysis, design large-scale data models, and mentor staff across projects.

You will integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, build dashboards, and apply AI/ML capabilities to improve automation and insights. A Salesforce Developer certification is preferred and five years of related experience is required.
