Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Dallas to manage and enhance the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities include designing objects, fields, flows, and security, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and integrating third-party apps. On-site 4 days weekly with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Manage data quality initiatives including deduplication, imports/exports, and integrity audits.
• Evaluate, configure, and manage AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
• Partner with developers and architects on complex customizations beyond declarative capabilities.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and admins.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and leverage new features.
• Support production issues during business hours; participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations.
• Be willing to work in office 4 days a week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You will work closely with our Salesforce Team and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to help translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions. This is a hands-on role supporting overall platform administration and team enablement. **Key Responsibilities*** Manage all aspects of the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.* Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and approval processes.* Support requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, partnering with senior team members to translate needs into scalable solutions.* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.* Manage data quality initiatives including deduplication, data imports/exports, and integrity audits.* Evaluate, implement, configure, and manage AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.* Partner with developers and architects on complex customizations and integrations beyond declarative capabilities.* Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and administrators.* Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features.* Support production issues during business hours; participate in a rotational on-call schedule alongside senior team members for after-hours escalations.* Be willing to work in office 4 days a week.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.* Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or additional certifications strongly preferred.* Working knowledge of Sales Cloud; CPQ/Revenue Cloud experience a plus* Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud a plus.* Proficiency with Flow Builder, and declarative automation tools.* Strong understanding of data modeling, security models, and CRM best practices.* Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Nice to Have*** Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, OAuth-based authentication).* Familiarity with SOQL or basic Apex for troubleshooting and requirements definition.* Experience supporting a sales team of 500+ users.
