Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to help manage, support, and grow our Salesforce platform. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

The role covers admin tasks, reports, data quality, AppExchange integrations, and on‑call support. A 4‑day in‑office work pattern is expected to support our team in Dallas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud; CPQ/Revenue Cloud experience a plus.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security models, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, OAuth-based authentication).
  • Familiarity with SOQL or basic Apex for troubleshooting and requirements definition.
  • Experience supporting a sales team of 500+ users.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and approval processes.
  • Support requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage data quality initiatives including deduplication, imports/exports, and integrity audits.
  • Evaluate, configure, and manage AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
  • Partner with developers and architects on complex customizations and integrations.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and administrators.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to leverage new features.
  • Support production issues during business hours; participate in on-call rotations.
  • Be willing to work in office 4 days a week.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage, support, and grow our Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities
