Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, custom pages, list views, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow Builder and other native platform tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend enhancements based on organizational needs, usability, scalability, maintainability, and platform best practices.
• Monitor Salesforce features and releases and recommend opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and business processes.
• Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications and services.
