Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage designated systems applications and related infrastructure in a hybrid Omaha setting. You will monitor, patch, deploy changes, and ensure reliability, collaborating with vendors and business units to drive enhancements and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has a MIS/CS-related degree and 3+ years in IT, with Salesforce experience and Agile Scrum exposure. Strong communication, analysis, and training abilities are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS or related technology field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in an information technology environment.
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors (hosted and on-premise).
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach to stakeholder needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to debug and troubleshoot issues.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with cost/benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, install, and configure system applications and supporting infrastructure to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor, patch and deploy changes on the application and supporting infrastructure.
  • Test application functions and upgrades.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and maintenance of assigned applications; complete upgrades and implementations.
  • Collaborate with capability owner, business units, and vendors to support in-system enhancements.
  • Analyze new data requests and develop system reports; provide training to end users.
  • Support enterprise processes, document work, and share knowledge.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and project work.
  • Comply with bank policies and regulations applicable to duties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on training and certifications.
  • 24/7 incident response is required.

This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
