Job summary

The Goldschmidt Collective within the Department of Family & Community Medicine at the University of California - San Francisco seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce CRM deployment under the direction of the Technical Solutions Architect.

This role will handle day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement using declarative tools and best practices to ensure a reliable system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and one year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Salesforce software design and security features.
• Experience with Salesforce database administration.

Responsibilities

• Keep current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Assist with Salesforce upgrades and testing.
• Design, develop and evaluate moderately complex software and data sources.
• Handle user accounts, reports and dashboards, workflows and routine tasks.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide internal staff support.
