Job summary

Executive Mosaic, a GovCon media and events company, seeks a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator to improve and scale our Salesforce platform, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage the product roadmap. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

Responsibilities

• All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
• Identifying and gathering requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
• Creating a platform roadmap and defining priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• Owning the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks
• Monitoring and improving user adoption
• New user and ongoing user training
• Must be proficient in Marketing Cloud/Pardot
• Technical documentation
• Working with integrated applications, including Marketing Cloud
