Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Certification in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other certifications are not required but are preferable.
