Johnson Lambert LLP is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own platform administration, security, and reporting across our Certinia-enabled environment. You will support PSA/ERP, handle release cycles, and enable partners with scalable processes.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of Salesforce Admin work in a professional services setting, strong declarative skills, and comfort with permissioning, reporting, and enablement. This role is remote with hybrid options across our offices.
This position has the opportunity for tremendous growth within the firm. Beyond administration we would like this role to grow as we transition toward headless operations with Salesforce data. The right candidate will have interest in growing their skills and career within Johnson Lambert. This will include working with a team to architect and position our Salesforce ecosystem to leverage AI agents as first-class citizens - ensuring our data models, flows, and automations are fully optimized for agentic workflows and helping to build out the Salesforce administration team over time.
All roles offered at Johnson Lambert are offered in a hybrid format, should you be in close proximity to one of our 8 office locations, or have the flexibility to work from home in a remote setting.
Equity note: Research suggests that women and Black, Indigenous, and other persons of color are less likely than men or White job seekers to apply for positions unless they are confident they meet 100% of the qualifications. We strongly encourage interested individuals to apply, and allow us to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and abilities you demonstrate, using an internal equity lens.
Johnson Lambert prides itself for the hands-on approach and relationships we build with future employees, employees, and clients. We believe each application is the potential for a future relationship with JL. Therefore, a member of our HR team personally reviews all applications submitted.
