Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize our SFDC platform and drive efficient customer-facing processes. The role collaborates with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The position is hybrid in Rosemont, IL, with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office days Tue–Thu. Candidates should have 3–6 years of Salesforce experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Salesforce Admin certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–6 years of Salesforce Administration experience; ERP integration experience preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience configuring Salesforce in an enterprise environment, including flows and declarative automation, security and access management, reports and dashboards, data governance, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-team partnership.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Support platform releases, user adoption, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Salesforce Administrator configures, maintains, and supports the Salesforce (SFDC) platform in alignment with business priorities and the Revenue Operations roadmap. By improving data quality, visibility, sales and service workflows, and system integrations, this role helps our teams work more efficiently, make better decisions, and deliver a more consistent customer experience. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving continuous improvement across the platform.

This is a hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday. #LI-Hybrid

As Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Salesforce Administrator, you will:

• Support Salesforce integrations with ERP and other business systems, including testing, monitoring, and issue resolution.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Salesforce Administrator:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-6 years of Salesforce Administration experience. Prior experience supporting Salesforce and ERP integration preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Certifications preferred, but not required).
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment, including flows and declarative automation, security and access management, reports and dashboards, data management and governance, and system integrations and data synchronization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across business and technical teams.
