Job summary

Bella Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to optimize our Salesforce stack (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM) across Bella brands. This 100% on-site role demands on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven customer experiences.

Required are ADM-201, 3–5+ years in Salesforce admin with Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio expertise. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification required (ADM-201).
• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce admin experience, including Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Flow Builder and Salesforce security model.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and monitor Data Cloud Data Streams from CRM, Marketing Cloud Next, and DMS sources.
• Design identity resolution rules to unify customer profiles across Bella brands.
• Build insights and manage segments for marketing, CRM, and paid media, with consent compliance.
• Architect multi-channel Journey Builder journeys across the customer lifecycle.
• Write AMPscript/SSJS for personalization; manage deliverability and governance.
• Administer the Salesforce org, builds flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on pipelines and manage the Salesforce vendor relationship.

We're looking for someone to enhance our customer communication strategies, by leveraging our Salesforce stack (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next, and CRM) and push it to its full potential.

What you'll do:

• Configure and monitor Data Cloud Data Streams from CRM, Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next, and DMS sources.
• Design Identity Resolution rulesets to create unified customer profiles across all Bella brands.
• Build Calculated Insights and manage segments for marketing, CRM, and paid media activation, including consent compliance.
• Architect multi-channel Journey Builder journeys across the automotive customer lifecycle, using Data Cloud segments as entry sources.
• Write AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic personalization, and own deliverability and Business Unit governance.
• Administer the Salesforce org (security, metadata, deployments) and build Flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with Data Engineering on the DMS → Databricks → Data Cloud pipeline and manage the Salesforce vendor relationship.

What we're looking for:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), required at time of hire.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, including Marketing Cloud operations.
• Journey Builder and Automation Studio expertise.
• AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL proficiency.
• Flow Builder and Salesforce security model knowledge.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on Data Cloud experience and Marketing Cloud + Data Cloud integration.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, MC Administrator, or Data Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
• Multi-brand or multi-BU Salesforce experience.
• Automotive retail or DMS familiarity (CDK, Dealer Socket).
• Familiarity with Salesforce AgentForce + Claude (Anthropic) integration.
