Job summary

The Salesforce Administrator / Data Analyst role at Tenth Revolution Group is a hands-on position that will evolve our Salesforce org and turn data into actionable insights for smarter business decisions.

You will manage admin tasks, build dashboards and Flows, gather requirements from stakeholders, integrate Pardot and other tools, and train users across a 100-user org in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong communicator and problem-solver.
• Coachable and eager to grow with the Salesforce team.
• Experience with Flows, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Financial services background is a plus.
• Adaptable, curious, and ready to make an impact.
• Apex knowledge is a bonus (but not required).
