Job summary

Embrace Grace in Texas seeks a Salesforce Administrator to own and grow our Salesforce Enterprise + NPSP environment. You’ll build Flows, customize Lightning record pages, manage profiles and permission sets, and connect Salesforce with MailChimp, Shopify, Workato, Zapier, FormAssembly, and Calendly.

If you also bring developer chops (Apex, LWC, triggers), there’s real room to build beyond maintenance. Location: Hurst, TX; in-office preferred, remote may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce Enterprise + NPSP in a non-profit environment.
• Ability to design and implement Flows, Lightning pages, and profiles/permissions.
• Strong integration experience across SaaS tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our Salesforce Enterprise + NPSP environment.
• Build Flows, customize Lightning record pages, manage profiles and permission sets.
• Connect Salesforce to MailChimp, Shopify, Workato, Zapier, FormAssembly and Calendly.
• Leverage Apex, LWC, or triggers to extend capabilities when needed.

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to own and grow our Salesforce Enterprise + NPSP environment. You'll build Flows, customize Lightning record pages, manage profiles and permission sets, and connect our whole tech stack - Salesforce, MailChimp, Shopify, Workato, Zapier, FormAssembly, Calendly, and more.

If you also bring developer chops (Apex, LWC, triggers), even better - there's real room to build here, not just maintain.

Location: Hurst, TX (in-office preferred; remote may be considered)
