Job summary

ZealHire Inc. seeks a Salesforce Administrator to support the DSD business in a hybrid Dallas-area role.

You will tailor Salesforce to meet business needs, manage user access and data integrity, and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. You will implement CG Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile/Field apps; design and test solutions; collaborate with product managers and engineers; build REST/SOAP integrations (MuleSoft); and support production systems, upgrades, and Agile DevOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related
• 10+ years as Salesforce Administrator; 5+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud & Retail Execution
• Salesforce Administration certification
• Experience with CG Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile Retail Execution app
• Enterprise integration experience (MuleSoft preferred)
• Experience supporting field sales/DSD solutions; DevOps/Agile environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions across CG Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile/Field apps
• Configure and customize Salesforce: research, design, test, implement, and manage solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business partners to translate requirements
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations and MuleSoft-based integrations
• Support production systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and informal leadership to teammates
• User support and timely issue resolution
• Support data management and integrity
• Responsible for upgrade planning and execution
• Understand SDLC and Agile methodologies; work in DevOps-enabled environments
• Liaise with vendors for interoperability issues

They would need to relocate to Dallas and work a hybrid model

Salesforce Administrator to support the DSD (Direct Store Delivery) business

This role is both technical and collaborative, bridging the gap between technical system capabilities and business needs. The Salesforce Administrator tailors the CRM system (Salesforce) to meet the organization's requirements, manages user access and data integrity, and integrates Salesforce with other enterprise systems to align with company's overall technology and business goals

• Implement solutions across Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile/Field applications, as applicable
• Configure & Customize Salesforce: Research, design, develop, test, implement, and manage product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Support production systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform standards, reusable components, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and informal leadership to other engineers on the team
• User support & timely Issue resolution
• Support data management & integrity
• Responsible for upgrade-planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience working in DevOps-enabled environments (CI/CD, version control, automated testing)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors to assist in the resolution of any issues in functionality or interoperability of new applications.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud & Retail Execution (REX).
• Salesforce Administration certification
• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile Retail Execution App
• Enterprise integration experience (MuleSoft preferred)
• Exposure to large-scale user bases and mission-critical platforms
• Experience supporting field sales, merchandising, or DSD-related solutions
• Experience in DevOps and Agile technology environments. (preferred)
