Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a major Recruiting & Admissions implementation within Salesforce Education Cloud. The role offers 100% remote or hybrid work with Denver preference and a go-live target in early 2027.

You will configure education cloud functionality, build automations with flows, migrate forms with OmniStudio and FormAssembly, and create dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders on a high-visibility project.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Education Cloud Recruiting & Admissions.
• Strong Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience building automation with Salesforce Flows.
• Experience building and migrating forms using OmniStudio and FormAssembly.
• Experience configuring permissions, security, layouts and validation rules.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards and supporting Experience Cloud implementations.
• Ability to document processes and train end users.

Job description

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote or Hybrid in Denver (Hybrid Preferred)

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a major implementation of the Recruiting & Admissions module within Salesforce Education Cloud. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by helping modernize admissions processes, automate workflows, and improve the student experience.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative Salesforce team and key stakeholders to deliver a high‑visibility project with a targeted go‑live date in early 2027.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Experience with FormAssembly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
