Job summary

Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team as a Business Systems Analyst II. You will manage Salesforce projects, collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, and build solutions in Sales Cloud to support program delivery.

This hybrid role requires 1–2 days onsite weekly in Minneapolis or Roseville, MN. You will mentor junior admins, implement automation, ensure data security, and document best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Salesforce Sales Cloud administrator or business analyst.
• Ability to translate end-user workflows into Salesforce designs.
• Strong stakeholder communication in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Salesforce projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate team members, testers, and vendors.
• Build apps expanding Salesforce usage for programs.
• Train users and mentor junior admins; document best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement in Salesforce.
• Ensure data security through proper permissions and sharing.
