Center for Energy and Environment is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II (Salesforce Admin) to join a growing IT team. The role combines project management, administration, and analysis within a mid-sized nonprofit in a hybrid setting with 1–2 days on site in Minneapolis or Roseville.

You will manage Salesforce projects, train users, and design solutions that improve program tracking, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong stakeholder communication in a hybrid environment.
• Experience translating user workflows into Salesforce design and implementation strategies.
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and owning solutions.
• Experience organizing Salesforce projects using Atlassian tools.
• 4+ years as Salesforce Sales Cloud administrator or business analyst.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate team members, testers, and third-party partners/vendors.
• Build apps to expand Salesforce use for program delivery.
• Train users, mentor junior admins, and document best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement them in Salesforce.
• Manage permissions, sharing, and data security best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
