Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find wireless solutions and stay connected. You will blend relationship-building with problem-solving and sales skills while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, product knowledge, and community engagement to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, there is no on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
