Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose the right wireless solutions with outstanding service. The role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales to deliver a great wireless experience daily.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to the hourly target. Join a team focused on care for customers, career development, and continuous training.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
